The highly anticipated ending to Peter and Ainesly’s adventurous marriage final installment has arrived.
The last we heard from Ainesly she was on the beach with the children relaxing and enjoying the thought of a new life without Peter and his chaos. . . until she receives a message from Peter. This wouldn’t have been a shock had Ainesly not left Peter bound in a burning house.
Shook by the message Ainesly is now watching her every move expecting Peter to be right behind her. Rather than go home Ainesly is thinking of every possible outlet to escape Peter including confiding in her mother. It’s the fight that should’ve happened long before
When I first grabbed The Arrangement series I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I devoured the first two books within a month and was so anxious for the last book. I immediately like Ainesly because her statuesque strength jumped through the pages. She always been confident in every move she makes and careful to not give away anything that would count against her, she was very smart and I liked that. Ainsley and Peter are practically the same when it comes to intelligence but Ainesly takes the cake.
In this last book, I felt a little let down because I was so used to the twists and turns that I may have had too high of expectations. I’m not sure if I just read it too fast or if it just didn’t compare to the other two. All in all it was a solid ending to the trilogy nonetheless.
You would think Ainesly or Peter would annoy me most but it was their child Dylan. I know children think they are capable of understanding, but geesh, he was just difficult beyond reason. And her mother. I feel like that’s not even something we have to discuss.
For me the book just summed up who the characters are but not a wild ending to one of the wildest rides I’d ever been on. Though the series as a whole is a masterpiece nonetheless. I can say I’d still pick up another Kiersteb Modglin book.
Kiersten Modglin wraps up her third installment to Ainesly and Peter’s chaotic marriage. From deciding to gsvebdn open marriage to wanting to kill together Peter and Sinesly are now on opposite sides and officially fighting one another. Through annoying characters and worst case scenarios Kirsten ends the suspenseful trilogy.
Be on the look on for my blog on executing a suspenseful novel.
